FitalPay operates as a regulated cross-border payment services provider.

  • KYC/KYB data: Business registration documents, government-issued identification, proof of address (collected during onboarding, not via this website)

Under the Ley Federal de Proteccion de Datos Personales en Posesion de los Particulares (LFPDPPP), we process your personal data based on:

Business contact data is retained for the duration of our business relationship plus 5 years after its termination, as required by Mexican financial regulations (Disposiciones de Caracter General a que se refiere el Articulo 115 de la Ley de Instituciones de Credito). Website analytics data is retained for 26 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to regulatory retention requirements.
